Iron Reef LLC was founded by Ryan Villanueva, a PADI Divemaster who has been diving since 2015 and an IGRA rodeo competitor, rodeo school instructor and 2025 World Finals chute dogging champion. The bull and the anchor in the logo stand for both sides of the work.
After relocating from Colorado to the Kansas City area, Ryan rebuilt the business as Iron Reef LLC to bring rodeo and dive consulting together under one name.
